although I ate well yesterday and exercised a lot, I didn't lose any weight. Still weighed 168.6 this morning, but it (some loss) could show up tomorrow. I will have to try to keep it up this weekend, which is always difficult.

- get a few things at the corner store you need
- drink a black coffee at the nearest cafe (no calories)
